Our expert darning and refinishing service offers a discreet, skilled solution designed to extend the life of your most loved pieces.

Our aim is simple: to return your garment to a condition where it can be worn and enjoyed for years to come.

We offer a Cashmere Repair & Restoration service for our UK-based customers. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide this service for international customers, as we are not able to arrange return shipping outside the UK at this time.”

What We Repair

We carefully restore a range of minor to moderate damage, including:

Moth holes
Snags and pulled threads
Split seams
Every garment is individually assessed and restored using traditional techniques designed to blend repairs as seamlessly as possible.

We repair garments made from natural fibres, including:

Cashmere
Alpaca
Wool and natural fibre blends
We work with all brands - your garment does not need to be originally purchased from Cashmere Centre.

Please note, we are unable to repair woven items, including:

Pashminas
Woven scarves
Blankets
Jackets & coats

How It Works

Our process is simple, secure, and designed with care at every stage:

1. Send your item for assessment

You are also welcome to email photographs in advance to check suitability and avoid unnecessary postage costs if we are unable to assist.

2. Expert Assessment & Repair

Your item will be carefully assessed before we proceed with the repair or refinishing work. We may contact you if we have any questions before commencing.

3. Return of your Garment

Once complete, your garment will be returned beautifully restored and ready to wear again.

We aim for a completion time of 10–14 days, depending on workload and complexity.

All services start from £40 per item, with final pricing based on individual assessment.

If you decide not to proceed, we will return your item free of charge, with no obligation.

Postage & Returns

Return postage via Royal Mail 2nd class is included in the price.

While we take the utmost care in returning your item, we cannot accept responsibility for postal delays or loss once dispatched. For high-value or sentimental items, we recommend requesting First Class or Special Delivery.

Refinishing

Does your cashmere need a little TLC? We can professionally clean and refinish any pure cashmere or natural fibre knitwear, whatever the brand!

Our refinishing service includes a professional wash and de-pill to remove any bobbling.

Please note we are unable to refinish blankets.

Return 2nd class post is included in the quoted price of the repair, however, please note that we cannot take responsibility for items lost or delayed by the postal service after dispatch, and we recommend purchasing First Class, or Special Delivery postage for items of high personal value.
